fire skill lvl

hey my fellow pvp...i was a trojan but my cousin gave me her fire 93,(she got hacked and now going to colledge) besides that fact. I heard from someone when u rb the fire to a fire you dont have to re lvl the skills, if you do is it worth the long wait again to have a fixed nado? bc from what i hear it take a while to fix a nado, my friend a lvl 123 fire with fixed nado.. took him like over a year he told me....

when i made tro->war... i kept some skills like spirit healing... and i had to make first lvl of it on my own and it fixed after that without doing anything... so yea u wont have to relvl all skills.. and fixing nado year? your friend is stupid? use SV go into basi and i fixed from elementary in week maybe faster... nothing hard there

pretty sure wen u rb u only need to level the skills and proficeny half way and it just goes back up to its original wen u rb...i think its only wen u rb into the same class like tro>tro, war>war, arch> arch etc.
