he means under [zf2-e236] replace the blue text with the text on green, like this:

[zf2-e236]
Amount=5
EffectId0=2434
TextureId0=3728
ASB0=5
ADB0=6
EffectId1=2435
TextureId1=3729
ASB1=5
ADB1=6
EffectId2=2436
TextureId2=3730
ASB2=5
ADB2=6
EffectId3=2437
TextureId3=3731
ASB3=5
ADB3=6
EffectId4=2438
TextureId4=3732
ASB4=5
ADB4=6
Delay=0
LoopTime=1
FrameInterval=41
LoopInterval=0
OffsetX=0
OffsetY=0
OffsetZ=0

now the part on blue is gone

hope that helps ^^
