a little question

i need something to atack in game without that annoying delay ..the cheat engine is useless..he increase only the speed of atack but the delay remain i want to atack like i have 20 ping or something like that a skill after another i read all day and i didn't find anything pls don't make jokes if you don't know don't post !!:)
