[Request]TG Cabal hacks

can someone give me hacks like no cool-down for tg cabal?
*note-
I have to do something special to activate?

i searched but i didnt find anything.

i will tell you what to do,because it is actualy very simple -.- :
1.Unpack language.enc.
2.Write down the IP and the chat/login ports.
3.Put internal.txt in "Data" folder and edit it with the IP and ports you wrote down.
4.Create a .bat file in witch you execute cabal in breaklee mode.
5.Have fun.

PS:If you dont know how to do this then don't use hacks at all :P
