You can Download The Offizial ELP from Blizzard
They are about 500Mb
But they dont seem to work on 4.0.1

well when i check my Data i found a "enGB" file
but all the patchs i downloaded are french ...
it means i can make it english from menu?

Sry, I dont play WoW this long to know this :D (Im playing like 1 week)
But try it and if it doesn't work, try to download the englisch language pack.
