Use only 1 Cheat Engine not 2.
There are threads with Tele hack here on epvp just search, and you don't need Cheat Engine for them.
If the Vac hack don't work you should try an other hack.

I dc a lot with this script. I prefer Flong's.

I think its the autopots one.
