i think i heared he respawns like every 30min

It's anywhere between 15 minutes - 1 hour from the time it was last killed.
Get a really strong tanker to block the lily pads, then get a really strong archer or tao to bot on the island, and you'll have lots of mets in a couple of hours. Either that or manually guard the island where the king spawns and kill any KSers.

it respawns 50 mins after you kill it if it has not been killed with in the 50 mins it will respawn right after you kill it and then it will respawn in anohter 50 mins

Its 30mins, ive sat and timed it while guarding the entrance. all i use is 112 archer and thats all i need with some pots and can own it over and over.
