SMP Backup?? O.o

Hallo,

Ich habe grade ne map aus tnt gemacht und habe automatisches speichern aufgemacht und alle 5 minuten gespeichert welt hochgejagd wollte das backup einspielen nur wo ist das wo speichert der ganz normale minecraft server das backup??

Bitte helft mir :D

Also, das ganze muss in einem Ordner sein, der so wie deine Welt heißt, soweit ich das verstanden habe.
