Looking for "high rate" server

Hey all, I'm looking for a high rate, "english speaking", pvp server. I've tried quite a few servers that are listed here, but none of them seem to fit my fancy.

Here's a list of what I'm looking for...
It has to be 2.0+
XP rates of at least x100
Auto learn skills
Free fly everywhere
And, preferably, custom content.

I've been looking too. Other than Perfection, which has been down again for the past couple days, the only one I've found with potential is Endless Aion. I'm not sure how pvp is on Endless, but the rates are pretty good. Free fly is a little glitchy - for example, if you go to Eltnen and start from the main town, you can fly anywhere. But if you use the flight npc to get somewhere, then try to fly, you can't.

I've been playing on Perfection as well. Is/was the best server imo. Not sure what the status is...I think some one hacked their setup. So I'll look into Endless.

Yeah, most likely that's what happened. Hopefully they'll be back up, and get back to 2.0. One other thing, about Endless, if you try there...when you set up your pw, it doesn't limit the number of characters you can use. But when I log in the game, I can't enter the whole thing - just the first 12 characters - or it says incorrect user name and pw. Anyway, if you end up finding a better server, let me know! :)
