Armor edits

Is there a way to make a lvl 100 black tro armor have the effects of a lvl 120 trojan armor like the fire surounding it and the ring underneith? Im a noob at editing things under the conquer folder because most of the programs i dont have. Can someone tell me if its possible and if it is can u make one for me? Thanks in advance

yes, as far as i know, that can be done, i mean u can break armors down to the lil pictures on it and modify them , so i do belive you can. however, i do remember seeing a link to pimping out conquer, or editing dds files in the mods signature....
then again that wuld be a complete waste of time cuse you would be the only one able to see it, and it would take a while. in my opinon, go lvl
