Yes, Silkroad is down. You know they DO have to inspect the severs every week? If the didn't then we'd be particularity FUC*ED. There would be so many bugs Silkroad would never start. So u want SRO not working or a nice gaming experience? And there probably doing the big bot ban at this moment in time... Everybody pray to the lord that we login with all out characters still there :)
