how to get mana bs?

anyone know how to get mana bs using rb method?

isit rb to fire get mana bs? or rb to water?

rb to wat = mana bs

rb to fire = hp bs

if im right, it isnt 100% sure you get the bs...

but im not sure about that,
so somebody who knows it please confirm.

be aware it is expensive tho ..
db's on my server: 30kk
db's needed to make the (original) manabs elite : 4db's
db's needed to make the (elite) manabs 2 soc: 6db's
10db's = 300kk
Let's say 2 spg = 160kk, & +4 is around 20kk
TOTAL= 480kk
which makes u pretty good-geared & broke :D
