bird and shield skill

i am a glaive user. If i have a shield and Bow in my inventory can i make the bot use the bird skill and the shield skill when i put it in the skills used list?

any ideas on ways to make bot use those skills?

bots are smart but not smarter then humans. If you want to do that you have play by hands
