Conquer Hot Key Edit

I've seen a few people post screen shots with there Toolbar looking like this. Anyone know how they got it?

Next time try to serach first and using [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] is a good idea too, is always being updated, u can find more skins and edits from other authors there.

And remember another thing, No question on CO2 Guides & Templates ^^
