Ok,well this is blure effect,same as in like Other Games(need for speed,they happen in a lot fo racign games for when your speedign fast)

Well ill use it for like exotic strange maps
When you move,everything around you turns Blurry!
NOTE: BLURE EFFECT HAPPENS ONLY WHEN YOUR MOVEING,WHEN STILL IT DOESNT HAPPEN!

Is is when blure effect is on 100 outta 255
Well it does this to an entire map,or you cna make an item( just like thunder juice do it,just liek when you use thunder juice it does that dark effect,but oppsite,liek the blurr effect
100 is ALOT OF blurr
Lowesr is blurrer

To do this you must edit the Gamemap.ini fine in your client folder
You need to Edit Aplha ,lower it is that blurrer,255 is no blurr what so ever,just like normal gameplay(first pic)
EDIT:CREDITS GO TO ME,NO ONE TOLD ME BOUT THIS,I JUST PLAYED AROUND WHILE ADDING A MAP AND I FOUND THIS OUT,I DONT THINK ITS BEEN DISCOVERED YET!
