Cyclone Effect, 3DEffect.ini

Hi guys, I'm running Windows Vista, and as many of you know there is a big problem with cyclone and Vista, and although this is a long shot, I'm thinking that taking the actual cyclone effect from teh 3DEffect.ini file might stop this.

If anyone would be able to tell me what the name of the cyclone effect in the 3DEffect.ini that would be great.

I have vista, and no problem with cyclone at all...... O.o

Same o.O no problems with CO at all on Vista.
