Conquer memory

Now i know the conquer memory tool isnt working with the new patch
and also it only needs a memory address change as far as i know so can any body help me how to do that is cheat engine required for it?

Cheat engine is used to edit memory as far as I know, but to the extent of finding which adress to edit, i have no frigging idea. Please do not make a seperate topic after you have already replied inside the hotlink thread, thank you.

check properly it for 4346 and addresses are changed with 4347 i think....
