Need SQL script

Hello Guys. I´m Sorry about this i dont found the link.

I´m searching a SQL script to Delet or reset the Database from Accounts/Character.

I run a Dekaron Server on a VPS now i have a litte problem with Div Packer

if i pack it with 000Div000 and than unpack > dont work

Windows Server 2003 64 Bit system.

i dont have a idea why it dont work i try all what i think what the problem is.
I use 20 new packer but its dont work.
