Ok, I promised I would post this, thinking that my friend had indeed installed a game on his MAC from a .exe file. As many of us may know, .exe is a Windows(TH) exclusive file. Turns out, my friend got his hands on a .dmg (MAC Disk Image File) and was able to install this particular game that way (Forgot what game). So, in a panic, I searched for a way to install a executable on a MAC.
First I tried to find a way to convert the .exe to a .dmg, since on my Linux build I constantly convert .rpm's to .deb's (You Linux ppl will know these, but I doubt any of you are on these forums). Only to later find out that you can't, since the .exe is inside the .dmg, in a sense. So then I tried to find a way to create a .dmg from a .exe, this too proved to be in vein. I use a Windows Emulator on my Linux at times, so i thought that there must be one for MAC too.
I searched for a Windows "Compatibility Layer" for MAC, and found many. This was great news~! But, when I looked deeper, they all cost money. That, or they seem insufficient for your needs. But, I will give a link to the only one that seemed to be good. Sadly, it costs 25$, and I know that even I am too cheap for that.

I think the best thing to do in this situation is to send nasty e-mails to Microsoft® about how they should give .exe support to MAC and DirectX support to Linux~!
Ok, maybe you guys won't do the second one, but at least fight for the first~!
Ok, so, if you were to get that emulator, or, if you find a nice free one from google, the installation steps should be quite simple. Just double click the .exe and the file will install itself. For me, on linux, it is that simple as well, so hopefully this is true for MAC emulators as well:)
