Nostromo yes or no

thinking of buying nostromo n52 for boting at official.but i realized
tha the macro /targetnext does not work if the mob is'nt veeery close to u.
do we know any similar macro to "catch"the mobs which are far?

the macro /targetnext is only workin when the mobs are very close to you for example in a catacomb but for leveling in free world its bad.
I think something like a Moblock doesnt work on Lineage 2.
Google cant find anything.
