Is any1 having this problem?? since 2 weeks ago i cant use return scrolls or teleport from town to town, it says "the requested order cannot be carried out"....can some1 help me fix this???

You're probably in a "deliver msg" quest
where you have to RUN to another town to deliver something
Then you can't use scrolls or teleport
