[Q$] Changin acc data

Hello,
I'd like to ask, if there's any way to change account data(name,age,adress), or person who's able to? Not for free of course. I know some ppl could do it months ago, but not sure if it still works. I'll appreciate every answer, even these from ppl who know sh1t.

i guess its not changeable because if it was u could sell ur accs and then change infos..
