HELP admins

i can`t log in to my char but i tried another char in same acc worked

i try to delete setting and dump and rd folders

and try to reinstall game nothing new

when i click on char and click start message DC and if press on char and do nothing DC not even load

i tried pk2 by kingLi 3.5 and english media by the pronto and sweetlove all fail

note : when i use loader crashed no message

sure it's lagged
and the fail is not you side sure it's coming from SW

just contact the admin or maya and tell him that you lagged in log in step

and look at the left side! there are contact emails. also u can do a bug report in their forums. anyways dont expact ay help, i had a char buged almost 6 months. i reported this about 10 times. in forum + emails to maya/boco or how eva this he/she/it is called. after all i just deleted the char-.-
so good luck mybe they will help u if u send them some extra bucks...

yea that what i ment i also wrote them much times but i dont get any replay to my messages! well as i said i deleated my char couse it was useless anyways! so hmm go on tryin to get some support if u fail i guess there is no other thing than start a new 1 and just forget about the bugged 1! good luck anyways

i have same problem... this bug came out before 120lvl update
