Saber Swapper Macro

Does anyone know this macro..? I have seen sevral Jedi doing it, it seems like a simple enough macro but i cant figure it out..Perhaps one of you can?

if your using a double toolbar just up your sabers in the top and make a little macro like this

/ui action toolbarSlot12
/pause 5
/ui action toolbarSlot13
/pause 5
/macro saber

But would that make you attack more than once in a second..yer /pause there is 5..doesnt seem right..i tried everything..i dunno if they are runnin some outside the game kinda thing or what but..

which might work..tryin quickmacro..if not please help me out
