when update finish drop that: Replacer.exe is not found. Patching is not completed.

This is ur answer! The Patching-Process couldn't finished so try to deinstall, delete all files in ur sro-directory. Assure that u already closed all processes of silkroad and install again.
If u have problems after this procedure just report back.
