For timezone error add this in config.inc.php

after this line //设置不进行本地缓存

Code:
date_default_timezone_set('UTC');
So it should look something like this

Code:
//设置不进行本地缓存
date_default_timezone_set('UTC');
header('Expires: '.date('D,d M Y H:i:s',mktime(0,0,0,1,1,2000)).' GMT');
header('Last-Modified:'.gmdate('D,d M Y H:i:s').' GMT');
header('Cache-control: private, no-cache,must-revalidate');
header('Pragma: no-cache');

Legend.

However i should add i was using a 64 bit server edition turns out you have to access the ODBC link wizard through the windows folder to get the 32 bit driver working... windows strikes again

you shoudnt need to.... make you own register.php?

use mssql_connect() or odbc_connect();

if the mssql server is on the local host use:

Code:
if (mssql_connect('localhost', 'sa_account_here', 'sapass')) {
     echo "Connection Accepted";
} else {
     echo "Connection Failed";
}
What are your results from this? I can finish helping you make your register script if need be; just need some more information.
