Failure to connect to server (C9)

Uhm..im really sorry if this already has been solved anywhere else on the forum..
but..i had the 'failure to connect to sevrer(C9) sometimes, just restarted the bot and it was gone, but lately i been getting it everytime i try to log on
is it something in my bot or is it just unlucky?

its a problem
go to :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\et c
open host with wordpad
and add this
127.0.0.1 gwgt1.joymax.com
after
127.0.0.1 localhost
