Uhmmm Record what? If you want screen recording try Hypercam and to uplaod it fast theres youtube, photobucket, and countless others. Come on now think its not that hard. :DQuote:

Hypercam for windows GUI stuff maybe fraps for 3D in FPS games and such, use Sony Vagus pro 8.0 or another program to edit the video and save it in a nice format thats compressed.
Youtube for uploading the video too i guess its a good service and free as ya know.
Prehaps record at 20fps or 30fps or 10 then speed it up to 20 or 30 fps if you want a faster looking play back where things look speed up.

Compress / encode video with super or sony vagas etc only record what you need or get faster internet or record at 10 fps and play back at 20 fps.

best quality is xfire, it can be a little confusing the first time but you will get the hang of itQuote:

sometimes it resets back to diable by itself so if xfire ingame wont enable u gotta change it again
