Exp Rate for Pvp

how can I change exp rate for pvp?For example I want to change exp rate from 15 to 16lwl. Please help me..

GameDefs>expdefs change the exp needed for lvl 15 and lvl 30

Or like me, places to drop Small Exp Removal Pill ( 44213 ).

That is Also a good idea but changing the exp needed for the level if the server has a higher exp rate or people or going to level out.
