Play the game for a bit and make some good friends --- soon you'd get lvl 70 char from a friend for free, or if you're lucky, a RB char.
I made a friend on d2jsp and he gave me a wat-warr for free. Didn't even ask, he was just like "hey dude my archer got to lvl 130 today, wanna wat-warr to play and fool around w/?"

Does it matter what server its on? And if ur on my server, I can p lvl you to 70 within 2 days, unless water tao 1 day.PM me for more info ect...

If I was any bit of an ass, I'd send you the id and pass of an account I have full info to, let you play it a bit, then take it back + all the shit you put on it.
