there is no privat server with 100% completed quest. The only one who had more retail like quest then any other server is Infiniteaion.
Edit: there is a another server who is better then Infiniteaion atleast in my opinion :==>>[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] try it :) u will love it

but look for a zetta core server that are the most completed and bugfree.
