New Vigor

i dont have 2nd rb char so i try to make a vigor for my side
you will only must to pick + 1.000 gold and you will have the vigor.

There's another thread about this.
You must pick up 1000 gold to get the vigor if your not a RB.

There is a change you make to 3DEffect.ini, 3DEffectObj.ini and 3dtexture.ini files.

Download it and have a look.
