You can find it on Potergeists spawn , but its not easy to find and have the quest on ape montain (you will need a high lvl acc).

Lab Bosses are also a great place to hunt for ND, Very high chance of dropping other than polgergeist's, only downside is you need a fairly "1337" char to own them or a 105+ worrior with preferably a wand and SuperMan those bitches 1-5 hits....I hunt in lab on my friends worrior all the time, VERY GOOD drops =.-

LOL, I've never heard that a lab boss would drop ND. I do not believe it. Can anyone confirm this?
