Mmmm...Plenty of PS up and running, though most, if not all, are still in pre-alpha to alpha phases. As far as I know, Qonquer was the easiest, and remains the sole PS I used. I also used it for the commands, and experimenting with gear and other edits. However, I do not think many, if any other PS allow for such freedom with commands. Try searching, btw. Which is why I didn't put a specific answer in here. Just a little bit of 411.
