help disconnection error!

ok i got the server up it is open however when i go to log in client side
right before it lets you into login screen it says disconnected from server
how can i fix this issue tyvm for your help in advanced..

you can get this error if your:
antivirus block some of programs needed for run(firewall)
firewall in control panel can block too
and you should open ports
