Help, please..

I've searched, and yet to find a reply so i'm going to post my problem here. Recently, my friend sent me and some other friends a version of SV that he has cracked. The problem is that it works for everybody apart from me.
I got one where you open a launcher then open the version of SV using the launcher, the interface opens where you type it your 8 letter name and password at random. Each time I do this, my logs just spam logining..., and after about 15 of these messages the logs reset. I think the problem is that it can not connect to the server, although i'm not 100%. Anyone got any idea what it is, and if so can they help?

I think you gotta press 2 times the "start button". <<<<< I THINK.

I think u need to press umm Hotkey that he has chose,so it will ''patch'' and then put random characters in login/pass, and press start.

Nope, that isn't making a difference either.
The ratio between amount of views and amount of reply's is so unbalanced on this forum. :?

If you're seeing logging.... over and over than that version isn't working anymore or it isn't cracked properly

It's cracked, and it hasn't expired. I know this for a fact as a number of my friends are using the same version.

Well, the logging... message over and over means it isn't working. What kind of messages are your friends getting?

I'm not sure the exact words, but I know it is working for them. Well all apart from one, like I said, I think it is something to do with not connecting to the server. But i'm not sure how to test if it is or how to resolve the problem. :cry:

If say logging logging just press F11 or * and thats it...

Yeh I have also given that ago, still not responding. >:o

Open the trainer, click launch, open sv, then press ctrl + alt + p, then try log in.

The hot key to patch mine is Ctrl+X, it doesn't help anyway.
