Artmoney doesn't actually give you that much money. If it did, don't you think everyone would have unlimited money? It only makes it so you can see it in your inventory and the other person can SEE it in the trade box. Once you click accept button, CO checks your actual money, and you don't have that much. ArtMoney is only visual, it doesn't actually give you the money.
