here some guides you will needs then try reconfig your oem dat or oem ini..i told you just use this to edit your shell.dat dude..will be easy..

Please use this would be enough for you as amateur to edit the shell.dat

Are your server executables running? Has your IP address changed (internal or external)? Is your client's oem.dat correct? Did you search this forum for "failed to connect" or "network congestion"?

from those pic i only can said there was wrong in shell.dat only..it should not be like that even using hamachi ip,internal ip or external ip.

Sometimes firewall wont let me or anyone get into the game.. so try allowing your servers on firewall.

first of all
you are using hamachi

so check first if you are on your hamachi network

then set the hamachi ip's in acc server and gameserver and shell.dat

then put that exact same hamachi id in oem.dat

be sure that the server name is exact the same everywhere (including oem.dat)

only leave the database on localhost
and all other servers you need to put on your hamachi ip (as that ip is a vpn and not localhost)

be sure that the needed ports are open on your firewall ( start -> configuation -> firewall -> disable )

then do a local test to your server, ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ip here] )

if that test fails , then your router is blocking your ports (if hamachi is not working but local is )

hopely this can help you a bit more
