[EliteDekaron] Plz help me with this problems:

Winhex shows =I�=�…�;��L and i cant read it.

I cant find index Iconindex, NO_CACEL when i open data.pak with winhex.

Can someone upload for me data.pak with added skill hack plzzz [EliteDekaron]
