doesn't even work since it's written as commentary, then an admin would first edit his hosts file and then use a media patcher?!? Which is even illegal to use. Then why do you patch your media and your hosts file if you are going to use a loader after all?

Also please refrain from using 3rd party pk2 files or even any tool you may find.
