Do the force tree Vital Spots that reduce the enemies stats work? I heard from some people ingame that it doesnt work, and some say it does. Can anybody clarify please? ZSZC of course

Just the attack/parry ratio is getting debuffed ... not even 1 p-server got working debuffs ( Division , Bleed ...)
