Like a package you get in mail, you recive "packages" in your computer to transmit information over nettwork in and out.

Like you load an web site, you send a package out to ask for the information, and get an incomeing package with the information you need to read the web site.

Same goes for anything with the nett.

so if i can sen wrong info to the serveri will get worng info from the server
the wrong info can be money or cps?

No. All those things are checked server side.

All you can do with packets is control what the client is receiving or sending. This information is still checked server side.

There are some exceptions to this such as speed hacks which can be created using packets which will let you jump as fast as you want (across an entire map in like 1 second)
