Question for those who still play co/bot

So this is going to be a fairly generic thread but I'm just really curious...

How many of you are willing to pay for bots and what features makes you willing to subscribe?


If you are not willing to pay for a subscription type bot, what ARE you willing to do? I remember when the sharecash link for sirhooks was around half the people were complaining about how it was too much of a hassle or whatever.

I'm not particularly interested in running a bot service right now although my proxy is still functional (I'd be more inclined to write a new one from scratch though) but I'm really curious about this.


So yes: Questions for you guys.


Are you willing to pay for bots?

If so, what makes you willing to subscribe (features, speed, support... etc)

If you are not wiling to pay for a bot, what ARE you willing to do

If you are not willing to pay for a bot, what would convince you? (features, speed, support, etc)



This was sparked by people asking about a bot that had bluemouse functionality and also in reference to someone looking for a mine bot a while ago.

I dunno.. maybe when I get a vps again I'll throw together a free version of my proxy with some limited botting functionality and then if there is interest I can code some more advanced things for people. I could probably use the income lol.

i believe that if some1 wants many players to pay for a good bot there MUST be a free version bot with disabled fuctionalities working all the time. i have in my head some ideas:

1st:make a free bot that can hunt/do quests or whatever that is not so important and not wanted by ppl that have the will to pay.then make a different bot that looks the same with speed/aimbot/nadobot and whatever ppl want to pay for.

2nd:make just one bot that has all the functionalities included and they are unlocked for 5-10 minutes.If you want to unlock them permanently(with a unique key that is emailed after you received the money) you have to pay 200$(just an example) or you can pay for a day2$/week10$/month35$(3 types of keys).

3rd: the bot comes with only jumping to x,y/other char's coordonates unlocked and users can unlock each functionality paying some $.This would be great because it's known that in case of a all in one bot, users don't really need/use all of them.(some1 needs it for lvling, some1 else for hunting, some1 for pking, etc.)

ooh 3rd idea sounds kinda interesting...

Sell 'packages' of functionality so that people can chose what they want the bot for.


And yes, obviously if I decided to throw up my proxy I'd be doing a free testing period and then once ready I'd have a free basic and then the 'pro' version such as maybe allowing you to set your attack/movement speed (so free version being slow)

I would like pay for a bot.

Some features i like with all the bots i have used are most of the general stuff.
Like speed,fatalstrike,mining,looting,scripting. i aint much of aimbot person.but its an good addition and most importantly the support ofc.

There are already 3 proxies out there that have a really good support system and pretty much every hack in the book. The only thing that would make me buy your bot over theirs is if it's cheaper (must have the same features ofc).

Ooh they started upgrading again? Last I heard 2 of the 3 half the features were no longer functioning and no one was updating.

Really trying to avoid sounding stuck up but holy god... most of the main 'features' most bots I've seen have are INCREDIBLY easy to code. I don't just mean auto hunt/loot, most of them are just a few packets and making sure you handle things in the correct order.

Now I'm more like what kind of features are YOU thinking about? Features that do quests or something?

My country does not accept PayPal. I can only buy bots via Daopay, which many bots don't have it as a payment option

bot must contain this features:
-SpeedHack
-Fatalstrike 5x-10x
-AutoLoot
-AutoHunt
-Non DC 24 hours
-If im sure that the bot is not going to be patched forever in the next 2 months!
-Not Detected By TQ
-Not geting botjailed with using that bot
-Auto XP Fixing
-Auto Skill Fixing
Etc ...

Sorry p4n, not to ruin for you, but i think the CO2 section have seen to many paid bots already, thanks to SV.

Never have paid for bots and never will. My only interest is hunting/looting in a bot and nothing else oh apart from disconnects on [GM]/[PM]/players. No interest in speedhack or aimbots or mine bots BUT the one thing that should ALWAYS need paying for is aimbot and perhaps anti-aimbot.

Ok so second part of question. Why are you not willing to pay for bots or complete other forms of 'payment'?

-Creators of bots do not deserve the money they make from their work
-The bots are not good enough to justify payment
-Bots are not reliable enough to invest money in
-Can't afford it
-Conquer is not worth any investment


Should note.

Cleaned out my old proxy and am building it ground up atm. Sad thing is with my now improved knowledge of conquer protocols and programming in general it's already gotten to a 'better' state within 1-2 days than it was in the entire few weeks I worked on it before.

Loot/hunt are working rather seamlessly and speeds are similar or better to what they were in the old version. I'll mess around with actual functionality at some point. Mostly doing this for fun though. No real plans to turn this into a real public bot.

Still, auto loot/hunt that isn't dcing or causing problems and runs rather quickly is rather... tasty

Currently have:

-Read Floor items
-Read Floor mobs
-Auto loot (adjusts with xp mode)
-Auto hunt (adjusts with xp type/mode)
-Auto Xp use (based on char job)
-Loading Client skills on login
-Dmap Checks
-Mob Shifting (your movements/attacks are bsed on their direction so you jump IN FRONT of them)

All it's really missing vs the old version atm is the database and the random movements. Right now if there are no mobs it stops. this is because till I add database functionality I'm going to leave path systems out of it.

I'd be willing to pay a smaller price for a bot that includes all sorts of stamina lvling things " meditation, guard etc " Also that the bot should be able to lvl all the different classes, specially fire and water taos since thats my favorite classes ^^, :handsdown:

Of-course free is always best but it also understandable that people need to get paid for there effort;

All my interests in botting is leveling and quests, so if a proxy based bot is around that can do that without lag or disconnecting I am highly satisfied.

Moreover, since I am Egyptian with no access to pay-pal, I would appreciate being able to pay with my credit card or any other means of payment that includes Egypt in its supported countries.

I do emphasize on he bot being proxy based as the invisible GMs touring around Jailing SV botters is increasingly annoying.

So, stability, consistency, support and payment methods are the most important issues that I am concerned about.

My guess is 5$ a month for a good proxy will generate more clients.

p.s. I do bot at my home and work computers at the same time using SV, so if the ability of having duel login is available in a proxy it will be a huge plus.
p.p.s. Auto compose in Talismans could also be a good thing.
