so you just have to download the ct (cheat table)
and open it with your UCE!

dont work for my CE...
alltime it say "too old version of CE"

then add the adress manually

any idea why this doesnt work on Warhill? Changed level to 100 Because Storms are lvl 80 required.. But i cant skill it :/

As far as I know, this only works to incrase the skilllevel, not to get it :p
