everyone can level there self's to lvl 110
110-111= 4dbs
111-112= 4dbs
112-113= 4dbs
113-114= 4dbs
114-115= 4dbs
115-116=4dbs
116-117=4dbs
117-118=4dbs
118-119=4dbs
119-120=4dbs
121-122=2dbs
122-123=(gives you 60pct not 50pct) so it will be 3dbs but you have to use 4 for the lvl
122+= 2dbs = 50pct
127+= 30Percent Each 2DB useage + 5 EXP a day = around 50pct
