Ive alrdy suggested a leech proof system.. Well they wouldnt be able to download crap, what it would do is let the poster of the topic, say your posting a bot, you put "dont let people under 20 posts and under 5 karma allowed into this topic" so if noobs dont get there bots, they wont come here anymore :)
