Accounts deleted

ok all of my accounts have just been deleted my archers my tros and taos this also happened to my friends we are on mausoleum server not sure if its only this server its happned to let us know if it happened to you too and what server you are on.

well it seems i cant even recreate a account lol so they must have a total ban on things so they can fix the server and accounts etc well i hope so

well it must have been something serious to merit account deletion oh well lets just sit and hope they get it sorted

You must have been hacked.
You must have used some sort of program with 'bad codes' in it (also called f*cking trojans).

I'm sorry for your loss, sucks when you put your time in something ppl ruin.

1. nope i dont run programs well i use calagans fix for tobo for the effect remove and that is clean

2. me and the wife have seperate computers but share our internet via a wireless router and as far as i know a trojan will only affect 1 computer and cant work on the computer it is on is executed and her's has been turned off for a week and i don't access her account.

3. my friends have also gone he downloads no programs from this site at all well infact he only downloads f2p games music thats it.

4. my virus scan runs daily everyday at 12am so last night when it scanned i was clean i run mcafee and norton btw and i have not downloaded anything at all today so that rules out a virus.

5. im pretty sure a account cant be deleted on the site anymore so that rules out being hacked well even if it could it would also delete login credentials too so i wouldnt be able to login with my account and password and get the char create screen.

6. please think your post through properly before you post you was not to know 1-4 but point 5 is common sence lol

had it working again and it screwed up now i know it something to do with the maint yesterday screwing up peoples accounts
