Looking for a P sv

hi guys im looking for a Psv to play on ... a new sv xD
now please listen to me..
i have bad conx :P and i cant download so... if any one can send me the root.eix epk... so i can replace them and play xDDDD
or if the sv has any mc.txt file pm me with the ip.. or reply
