So .. this is my new blue vigor release ... soon i will release even more things .. like trojan COOL action effect .. etc

A vigor is almost always made in 2 mins lol, anyway, look like a boozz... but in the movement it's could be cool.. i just don't wanna download for see^^

well ... the blue glow rotates ... its not supposed to look like that..

i was trying to make it shine on the character ... but when it rotates it doesnt appear like its shining
