You have to give alittle more information then that.
What do you want to unpack?
Zip files?
RAR files?
UPX packed files?
Aspack, Petite, FSG, Armadillo, ...?
There are many packers out there.

I'm guessing he's looking for a program to unpack the SV files. I looked forever for something and I ended up finding unpacked versions of the files deep in the archives haha
